  • Condition: Good condition as pictured unbranded 1/32 or 1/24th scale brass slot car chassis with aluminum wheels, good soft tires and a Russkit motor that runs very fast when I checked it on a power source. Car has a hand built front axle assembly that actually "floats" when you get in to a curve that may be banked! See full description below and check the photos for best item condition.

    RUSSKIT
    slot car chassis as pictured.
    This chassis really runs great! It has nice aluminum wheels with soft grippy tires all around. The motor absolutely screams when it was tested on my slot car power source. The front end has been custom rebuilt from the original setup to have a "floating" axle assembly. It still has the drop arm but it also has a small front axle bracket that allows the axle assembly to move up and down(see pictures) around curves and/or over bumps or track roughness and it also allows it to change the wheelbase length from short to long with the twist of a screwdriver.
    The green zip tie over the motor is not to hold the motor in but it is to keep the motor wires from moving or coming loose. I don't race this size slot car so I cannot be sure what it will need to be track ready. A good thorough check-out and tune-up is recommended for optimum performance. Being sold as pictured and described.
    These 50+ year old cars are fragile and sometimes things get shifted during shipping no matter how great I pack it. That being said a car may require a little fine tuning when it arrives because of this. I would never say a car ran if it didn't. I always try to list any obvious issues to an item if I see any.
